It takes a village! When you're a breastfeeding parent, you need that village: partner, family, friends, neighbors, lactation support persons, community, employer, governmental policies that are supportive of breastfeeding.
Effective social support increases the likelihood of success initiating and continuing breastfeeding.
I offer FREE Group Breastfeeding Support at Granola's Coffee House at 116 N Cabrillo Hwy, Half Moon Bay, California 94019 on the 1st Friday of the month between 10AM-11AM.
All are welcome! Bring your little one(s) and the whole family with you to

• Speak with an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant)
• Receive useful tips and information
• Meet and share experiences with other breast/chestfeeding, mix feeding, pumping parents
• Get support and encouragement

I hope to address some of your general breastfeeding/chest-feeding/pumping, milk supply, sleeping, transitioning to solids, returning to work, weaning concerns and questions, and most importantly, offer my support and encouragement. I also envision this support group to be a place for parents to meet and share ideas and offer their support to others.
